Fantasy Football Week 12 Rankings: Top Players, Sleepers and Positional Guide
Fantasy Football Week 12 Rankings: Top Players, Sleepers and Positional Guide

Week 11 ended with a Super Bowl LVII rematch between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs. Week 12 is right around the corner with a trio of Thanksgiving games slated for Thursday.
Here's your reminder that the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets will all be in action on Thursday or Friday—set your lineups accordingly.
While all 32 teams will be in action this week, managers are still likely to have some difficult lineup decisions to make. Here, we'll dive into the top plays at quarterback, running back and receiver while outlining some top sleepers to consider targeting on the waiver wire.
All rankings and picks are based on points-per-reception (PPR) scoring.
Quarterback

QB Rankings
1. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
2. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs
4. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
5. C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans
6. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers
7. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins
8. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
9. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
10. Justin Fields, Chicago Bears
Waiver Target: Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford remains available in most leagues. He's rostered in 47 percent of Yahoo leagues and 31 percent of ESPN leagues.
With Joe Burrow joining the list of signal-callers done for the season, Stafford becomes a premier waiver-wire target.
The 35-year-old is also a solid sleeper play for Week 12. The Rams will battle the Arizona Cardinals, which have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season.
While Stafford didn't have a great outing against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 11—he threw for 190 yards with one touchdown and one interception—that was his first game back following a thumb injury and the bye.
However, he has an enticing matchup and still has Puka Nacua at his disposal—Cooper Kupp exited Week 11 with an ankle injury. Consider him a solid streamer for Week 12.
Running Back

RB Rankings
1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers
2. Austin Ekeler, Los Angeles Chargers

6. Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins
7. Tony Pollard, Dallas Cowboys
8. Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints
9. Rhamondre Stevenson, New England Patriots
10. David Montgomery, Detroit Lions
11. Breece Hall, New York Jets
12. Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders
13. Bijan Robnson, Atlanta Falcons
14. Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs
15. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
16. Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers
17. James Conner, Arizona Cardinals
18. Rachaad White Tampa Bay Buccaneers
19. Devin Singletary, Houston Texans
20. Alexander Mattison, Minnesota Vikings
Waiver Target: Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks
Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet doesn't have an enticing matchup against a San Francisco 49ers defense that has gotten back into a rhythm post-bye. However, he is a sleeper this week because of the oblique injury suffered by Kenneth Walker III.
"Walker is in danger of missing some time; Seahawks host the 49ers on Thanksgiving night," ESPN's Adam Schefter posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Charbonnet caught six passes and tallied 69 scrimmage yards against the Rams in Week 12. He should have a solid PPR floor against the 49ers.
The rookie is rostered in 44 percent of Yahoo leagues and 32 percent of ESPN leagues, and he should be considered a solid flex option this week.
Wide Receiver

WR Rankings
1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
2. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
3. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins
4. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
5. Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers
6. Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders
7. Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers
8. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
9. Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams
10. Stefon Diggs, Buffalo Bills
11. DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks
12. Tank Dell, Houston Texans
13. Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers
14. Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals
15. D.J. Moore, Chicago Bears
16. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
17. Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts
18. DeAndre Hopkins, Tennessee Titans
19. Christian Kirk, Jacksonville Jaguars
20. Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers
Waiver Target: Demario Douglas, New England Patriots
After Kendrick Bourne suffered a torn ACL, Demario Douglas emerged as the New England Patriots' top target at wide receiver.
The Patriots have had their fair share of offensive issues, and there's a chance they will have a quarterback change, depending on how practices unfold.
"Monday feels like a critical day for Mac Jones in New England," Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer wrote.
Yet, Douglas, who had 16 receptions in his last three games, has a strong PPR floor. He also has a decent matchup against the New York Giants, which have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers.
He is rostered in 32 percent of Yahoo leagues and 25 percent of ESPN leagues.
