WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2024 Results: Winners, Live Grades, Reaction and Highlights

Celebrating the spookiest season, NXT Halloween Havoc returned for an eventful 2024 edition with multiple championships on the line inside the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Trick Williams defended his NXT Championship in a brutal Devil's Playground match against a motivated "All Ego" Ethan Page.
Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade hoped to make a statement at the expense of NXT's new arrivals, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer.
Oba Femi destroyed The Family on his way to a rematch with new North American champion Tony D'Angelo. The two would settle their issues in a Tables, Ladders and Scares match.
Fatal Influence had every advantage walking into a Women's North American Championship against Kelani Jordan. Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx would get the shot in a Gauntlet match.
Andre Chase looked for revenge in an Ambulance match against Ridge Holland.
This was not a night to miss for NXT fans.
North American Championship: Tony D'Angelo (c) vs. Oba Femi
Oba Femi was confident in his destruction of Tony D'Angelo in their Tables, Ladders and Scares match until The Family arrived to help.
The Ruler was unable to deal with the numbers game and fell after a spinebuster from The Don through a table.
After promising a TLC match through Wednesday, D'Angelo and Femi delivered a Street Fight with more chairs and tables than ladders.
The chemistry the two showcased in previous matches was not on display in a contest that was a bit too focused on hitting the spots rather than telling its story.
The strongest story element was the weakest in-ring action after The Family arrived. The pacing crawled to a halt and made the ending about everyone but The Don himself.
At least the right man won, and Femi's credibility was kept intact with the messy finish. The Ruler should now start his ascent to the NXT Championship scene.
Result
D'Angelo def. Femi by pinfall to retain the North American Championship.

Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade vs. Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer
After a back-and-forth battle, Giulia fought off a Doomsday Device and then blasted Roxanne Perez with a superplex followed by a Spiral Tap from Stephanie Vaquer for the win.
This was a good match that should have been great. The early feeling-out process came off clunkier than expected from the talent involved. The heels never got a serious run to build heat for the babyfaces.
Still, the talent shined in a closing stretch that moved at a significantly faster pace than much of the action.
The lack of stakes was felt in this match. Thrown on the card second as the only contest without a stipulation, this came off as a glorified TV match.
Beyond the finish, the Fatal Influence match this past week on NXT was a better showcase for both teams involved.
The right team won, and La Primera needed the pin to look like she belonged. As good as she is in the ring (arguably the best in the NXT women's division), she has struggled to stand out due to a lack of strong spotlight until this win.
Result
Vaquer and Giulia def. Perez and Jade by pinfall.
Grade

Notable Moments
- Giulia and Vaquer battered their rivals with headbutts, but the heels fought them off. Perez then hit them with a tope followed by a Jade Coffin Drop.

- Giulia saved the fall after a senton bomb from Jade on Vaquer. She quickly followed up with a running knee strike on Jade.
- Zaria was shown afterward in the audience, staring down at everyone.
- Mr. Regal offered his help as Lexis King's corner man in his Heritage Cup match on Tuesday.
Ambulance Match: Andre Chase vs. Ridge Holland
Andre Chase nearly put away Ridge Holland with his most energized offense, but the British star powered out of the ambulance and then used its door to knock out The Professor.
Holland finished Chase with a Redeemer on the floor to set up an easy throw into the vehicle.
Chase and Holland tried hard to make this matter, but this was never a match at a level worthy of a premium live event.
On a night dominated by stipulation bouts, this was just the latest "plunder" match that would have been more engaging with more credible singles talent.
If this had been more tightly paced, the two may have made the most of the opportunity, but this never needed to go over 10 minutes.
The crowd was more interested in the weapons used than the actual character action, and no Thea Hail in this match did not help. Chase U has been dismantled by a monster with limited upside.
It looks like Holland will be the next challenger for Trick Williams. He still has to prove he deserves that kind of spotlight, but at least he should use this momentum to put over Trick.
Result
Holland def. Chase by closing the ambulance door.

Notable Moments
- Holland came out in a unique mask while Chase was wearing Freddy Krueger colors on his Chase U sweater.
- The two exchanged kendo-stick shots until Chase won out, hitting a kendo-stick Russian leg sweep.
- Chase reversed the Redeemer and planted Holland with a DDT on the announce table.
- The crowd chanted "We Want Pumpkins" and popped big when one of the stage pumpkins was used as a weapon.

- Fraxiom again argued about their strategy for the title defense.
- Ava and Sarah Schreiber talked about future NXT contests, including the first match for the 2300 Arena: Jaida Parker vs. Lola Vice with special guest referee Dawn Marie.
- Holland interrupted Bully Ray and Dave LaGreca to praise himself, almost causing an issue with Ray.
Women's North American Championship Gauntlet: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Fatal Influence
Kelani Jordan took out Jazmyn Nyx first with a 450 splash.
Jacy Jayne had a better showing against the women's North American champion, but Jordan caught her with a bridging pin for a surprise three.
Fallon Henley took advantage of a weakened Jordan while getting extra help from Jayne and Nyx, allowing her to hit a Shining Wizard for the victory.
Henley tried to gloat afterward, but Zaria arrived to lay out all of Fatal Influence.

@Zaria_WWE just wiped out all of Fatal Influence! 😱#HalloweenHavoc pic.twitter.com/ZN7hiCa94F
This match steadily improved with each fall. Nyx struggled here but did her job in a relatively quick spot. Jayne was a decent heel in the beatdown segment, but the pacing was mostly flat.
Henley and Jordan erupted in what probably should have been the match from the start. The two have chemistry to spare, trading moves and counters that built to a perfect heel steal at the end.
While the crowd was quiet for much of this match, Jordan vs. Henley awoke the fans somewhat as the pace ramped up.
Serious credit goes to Jordan, who was given a tough test on a PLE stage. She delivered and completed a great first title reign. Henley was the right woman to dethrone her, even if her reign is cut short by Zaria.
It was the weakest pure in-ring action of the night, but the story and delivery, including Zaria's post-match domination, sold this as the most memorable of the night to this point.
Result
Jordan def. Nyx by pinfall; Jordan def. Jayne by pinfall.
Henley def. Jordan by pinfall to become the new women's North American champion.
Grade

Notable Moments
- Jordan caught Jayne immediately with a springboard corkscrew to the floor.
- Jayne blasted Jordan with a clean knee strike that nearly took the win.
- After Jayne got eliminated, she blasted Jordan with a rolling forearm strike to set up Henley.
- Nyx returned to distract the referee after a springboard moonsault, giving Henley enough time to recover and kick out.
- Tatum Paxley emerged from a crate and spun the wheel, setting up a Casket match with Wendy Choo on Tuesday.
NXT Championship Devil's Playground: Trick Williams (c) vs. 'All Ego' Ethan Page
After a rough landing, Trick Williams tasted his own blood for the first time and officials looked ready to call the match.
The NXT champion refused to quit, though, and caught "All Ego" Ethan Page with a Trick Shot to win.
Afterward, Ridge Holland laid out Trick with the help of Page. Bubba Ray Dudley arrived to make the save.
Absolute CHAOS! 🤯@bullyray5150 just saved @_trickwilliams from an attack by @RidgeWWE and @OfficialEGO! 😱#HalloweenHavoc pic.twitter.com/9CTwXhZu80
— WWE (@WWE) October 28, 2024
On a night when the NXT roster struggled to live up to the PLE spotlight, Trick and Page were handed the perfect platform to stand out in a big way.
Luckily, that's exactly what they did. The NXT Championship was the best match on the card by a solid margin and finally had a quiet crowd engaged in the insanity.
Unlike other "plunder" matches for the night, this had a strong wrestling focus, built around the hatred of the competitors. The spots were better paced, selling Trick's resilience through Page's brutality.
This was the ceiling for Trick vs. Page as a rivalry. While the two never had great chemistry, they did the most they could in this environment to deliver a solid main event.
The ending with the WWE Hall of Famer making the save just to set up a weird tag team match in the 2300 Arena was terrible, though.
Result
Trick def. Page by pinfall to retain the NXT Championship.
Grade
B+
Notable Moments
- Holland interrupted Bubba to gloat over his win, leading to the veteran warning him to back off.
- Trick planted a pumpkin on Page's head and battered him. The crowd chanted "Whoop That Pumpkin" in delight.
- Page poured out a bag of nuts and washers to use as a weapon as a facsimile of thumbtacks.
- All Ego sent Trick face-first into the steel steps, causing Williams to bleed from his mouth. Page then caught Trick with an Ego's Edge through the announce table.
Overall Grade
This may be the worst show NXT has produced all year. Even the weakest TV episodes were only on television.
This was a premium live event that hardly felt like one. In front of 5,000-plus fans who barely seemed that excited about the action, much of the show was forgettable.
Even the better moments, such as Trick Williams vs. Ethan Page, Fallon Henley's much-deserved title victory and Stephanie Vaquer showing out, were lost in the shuffle of rough booking.
A special-event episode on the CW Network with this card at the Performance Center would have passed by with little fanfare.
Pennsylvania deserved a better card with greater stakes that focused most clearly on the talent at the heart of NXT.
