The 2024 NFL season is approaching its halfway point.

It's even later in the campaign for fantasy football managers, who might have only a handful of weeks remaining to secure their playoff spot or improve their postseason position.

You need to bring out your best, so we're to highlight Week 9's best with our rankings and top sleeper at each of the three marquee positions.

Quarterback

Top 10

1. Jalen Hurts, PHI (vs. JAX)

2. Josh Allen, BUF (vs. MIA)

3. Jayden Daniels, WAS (at NYG)

4. Lamar Jackson, BAL (vs. DEN)

5. Joe Burrow, CIN (vs. LV)

6. Kyler Murray, ARI (vs. CHI)

7. Jared Goff, DET (at GB)

8. Patrick Mahomes, KC (vs. TB)

9. Kirk Cousins, ATL (vs. DAL)

10. Sam Darnold, MIN (vs. IND)

Sleeper: Bo Nix, DEN (at BAL)

Nix was tortoise-slow out of the gate—he didn't throw a touchdown pass until his fourth outing—but he'd be turning the hare's head with the speeds he's reached of late. Over the past four weeks, he's the third-highest scorer in fantasy, per FantasyPros.

His passing production has really ramped up, and he's still a dynamic ball-carrier. It has all given him the enviable combination of an elevated floor (for his rushing) and a sky-high ceiling (from the improved passing), which could be quite the potent pairing against a Baltimore defense allowing the third-most fantasy points to the position, per Yahoo.

Running Back

Top 10

1. Derrick Henry, BAL (vs. DEN)

2. Bijan Robinson, ATL (vs. DAL)

3. Kyren Williams, LAR (at SEA)

4. Joe Mixon, HOU (at NYJ)

5. Saquon Barkley, PHI (vs. JAX)

6. Kenneth Walker III, SEA (vs. LAR)

7. James Cook, BUF (vs. MIA)

8. Breece Hall, NYJ (vs. HOU)

9. Jonathan Taylor, IND (at MIN)

10. Jahmyr Gibbs, DET (at GB)

Sleeper: Tyrone Tracy Jr., NYG (vs. WAS)

There's a universe in which Tracy disappeared upon Devin Singletary's Week 7 return from a groin injury. Thankfully, we clearly aren't living in it.

While Singletary has handled 10 total touches over his two games back, Tracy has tallied 31 during the same stretch. The bulk of those came on Monday night, when he punished a normally stingy Pittsburgh defense for 150 scrimmage yards and a score on 22 touches. His injury status must be monitored, but if he's good to go, he could put up huge numbers again.

Wide Receiver

Top 10

1. CeeDee Lamb, DAL (at ATL)

2. Justin Jefferson, MIN (vs. IND)

3. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN (vs. LV)

4. A.J. Brown, PHI (vs. JAX)

5. Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET (at GB)

6. Malik Nabers, NYG (vs. WAS)

7. Puka Nacua, LAR (at SEA)

8. Tyreek Hill, MIA (at BUF)

9. Drake London, ATL (vs. DAL)

10. Cooper Kupp, LAR (at SEA)

Sleeper: Cedric Tillman, CLE (vs. LAC)

If the last two weeks have taught us anything, it's that the Browns may have a new go-to receiver. Tillman, a 2023 third-round pick, has seen 21 targets in the two games since Cleveland traded Amari Cooper.

That volume feels particularly relevant now that Jameis Winston has given this passing game a true shot at fantasy relevance. Winston looked awesome in his first start in more than two years, throwing for 334 yards and three scores. Tillman soaked up a lot of those stats, notching seven receptions for 99 yards and two touchdowns.
