Hulk Transfer Rumours: Latest News on the Zenit Saint Petersburg Star

With just a handful of days remaining until the transfer window slams shut, clubs are searching for the player who can inspire them in the second half of the season. Zenit Saint Petersburg star Hulk is certain to figure among the attacking talent linked to Europe's best.

The Brazil international earned a lucrative transfer to Russia in 2012, but it has done nothing to quell the rumours over his future.

Where will Hulk be plying his trade come Feb. 1? There will be no shortage of interest in the striker as the transfer windows approaches its end.

A Visit to England

It is no secret that the powerful, burly forward would be perfectly suited to English football. The fact he was flown into the country last week only increased speculation that the Premier League would be his next destination.

Alan Wilson of Mirror Football reports that Hulk posted a picture of himself flying into London Luton Airport on Friday.

The English capital plays host to two clubs reportedly very interested in taking the star onboard before the end of the window in Chelsea and Tottenham.

Falcao's Replacement?

However, those Premier League outfits may have competition.

Cash-rich Monaco, of France's Ligue 1, may need to delve into the transfer market after seeing star forward Radamel Falcao ruled out for the rest of 2013/14.

According to L'Equipe (via Jeremiah Tittle of beIN Sports), the Zenit man is a hot candidate to replace the Colombian.

There has been no official word from Monaco manager Claudio Ranieri; all eyes will be on the principality to see if they make a move.
