Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Most Likely Heel, Face Turns at WWE Elimination Chamber
Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Most Likely Heel, Face Turns at WWE Elimination Chamber

The Rogers Centre in Toronto is set to play host to the final WWE premium live event before WrestleMania 41: Elimination Chamber.
Saturday's show promises grudge matches and title opportunities, but most importantly, it is likely to set the stage for The Show of Show in Las Vegas on April 19-20.
Everyone involved in the men's and women's Elimination Chamber matches wants to earn a spot at 'Mania and a shot at either the Women's World Championship or Undisputed WWE Championship.
Cody Rhodes will find out his WrestleMania challenger in Toronto, but he also faces a choice presented by The Rock. Will The American Nightmare agree to work with The Final Boss?
Who will step up to challenge Rhea Ripley? Could Bianca Belair, Naomi or even Roxanne Perez earn the ultimate opportunity via the women's Chamber match?
This show will deliver big results and even some possible heel and face turns that will change the complexion of WWE on the road to WrestleMania.
Heel: Cody Rhodes
Will Cody Rhodes accept The Rock's offer to become the new "corporate champion" to follow the whims of The Final Boss?
While the offer was delivered awkwardly by The Great One, the actual story is intriguing. Fans have not seen Rhodes as a heel in a long time.
Even if The American Nightmare has done well as the top champion in WWE, his character work is limited by the expected standard-bearer babyface role.
At some point, Rhodes will thrive all the more as a top villain in the company. But is that day approaching?
It's hard to imagine the undisputed WWE champion turning heel at this stage, even if the creative team is teasing it strongly.
It seems far more likely The Rock will find a different man to challenge Rhodes as his "corporate champion."
Heel: CM Punk
The two men most likely to emerge from the Elimination Chamber to challenge Cody Rhodes are John Cena and CM Punk.
While the former is not looking to play the heel in his final year, the latter has always thrived as the villain.
Punk and Rhodes closed out the Raw before the Royal Rumble, teasing a possible collision. That set the stage for a match that felt genuinely WrestleMania-worthy.
The central story sold that Rhodes has surpassed Punk, and The Second City Saint is still trying to catch back up.
Perhaps he needs The Rock's "corporate" offer far more than Rhodes, setting the stage for a dramatic heel turn that could lead Punk to the world title.
The Best in the World has plenty of history with The Rock. Punk frequently reminds fans he has never main-evented The Show of Shows, with the main reason being because The Rock headlined WrestleMania 28 and 29 with Cena.
If WWE wants to fully lean into that history and Punk's worry about missing out another main event, he could turn to The Final Boss for help.
This is a far more likely endgame for The Rock's involvement at WrestleMania than Rhodes turning heel, and it could become the story of the two-night event.
Face: Roxanne Perez
One year ago, Tiffany Stratton's slow face turn began when she stepped into the women's Elimination Chamber. The same could happen in 2025 for Roxanne Perez.
The Prodigy has found her voice as a heel in NXT, and it is going to be easy for fans to root for the electric performer as she transitions to the main roster.
Perez is a workhorse who defined the last era of the silver and black brand. Her NXT Women's Championship reign led the evolution of a women's division that is arguably now deeper than the main roster versions.
The 23-year-old is certain to deliver highlight-reel moments in the Chamber and could follow up her record-breaking run in the women's Rumble match with a competitive showing in Toronto.
She's unlikely to win, so she may have a better time finding a spot at WrestleMania by embracing the crowd reaction.
Her rivalry with Bayley could quickly evolve into a tag team with focused booking, and Perez already holds a victory over one half of the new women's tag team champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Heel: Bianca Belair or Naomi
Bianca Belair defined the women's tag team division over the past year, holding the Women's Tag Team Championships for 219 days over two reigns and two partners.
The EST of WWE easily could have walked into WrestleMania 41 still holding the Women's Tag Team Championships with Naomi. Instead, they lost the gold before Elimination Chamber.
This sets up the interesting question: What will The EST and The Glow do at The Show of Shows?
The former champions are suddenly favorite to win the women's Chamber match, but only one can emerge victorious and feud with Rhea Ripley into 'Mania.
To go head-to-head with the Australian, either Belair or Naomi will need to step out on their own and may also require a heel turn.
An all-babyface matchup can work, but it won't allow the competitors to tell the most heated story possible for The Showcase of the Immortals.
A turn could happen during the Chamber match, particularly if the contest comes down to the former champions.
What would these friends do to get to 'Mania? Could they genuinely try to hurt one another for the brightest spotlight of them all?
