Indian Wells Tennis 2025 Results: Women's Final and Men's Semifinals Bracket Preview

After falling in stunning fashion to Madison Keys in the 2025 Australian Open Final—ending her bid (at least for now) of becoming the sixth woman in the Open Era to win three consecutive Australian Open titles—Aryna Sabalenka earned her ultimate revenge this week.
The world No. 1 dismantled the American in straight sets in the BNP Paribas semifinal—dropping just one game—en route to her second final in the last three years.
Sabalenka will face a tough task in 17-year-old wunderkind Mirra Andreeva, who enters the final off the heels of a thrilling three-set win over No. 2 seed Iga Swiatek
Meanwhile, in the men’s draw, the semifinals will take place later today with Holger Rune facing hard-court specialist Daniil Medvedev, followed by Carlos Alcaraz against Jack Draper.
Here’s everything you need to know for the women’s final and two men’s semifinal matches.
Aryna Sabalenka vs. Mirra Andreeva

After consecutive early round exits in the previous two hard-court WTA tour events, Aryna Sabalenka has picked up where she left off—proving once again that she’s the most dominant force on the hard-court surface.
The three-time Grand Slam champion has been flawless this week and has not dropped a set throughout the entire tournament.
Of her five opponents this week at Indian Wells, only one (McCartney Kessler) has won more than 46 percent of points on either first or second serve.
While Sabalenka has come back to top form this week, Mirra Andreeva has never played better.
The 17-year-old has won 11 straight matches while dropping two total sets.
Notably, Andreeva has boasted a pair of wins against both Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina in the last few weeks.
Sabalenka will undoubtedly enter as the favorite, but given Andreeva’s current form, she is more than capable of coming out on the winning end.
In the end, Sabalenka should be able to prevail in a tightly contested three-setter, likely featuring a tie-breaker or two.
Daniil Medvedev vs. Holger Rune

Daniil Medvedev enters the BNP Paribas semifinal after facing his toughest challenge yet: a quarterfinal matchup against talented Frenchman Arthur Fils that was decided in a thrilling third-set tiebreaker.
The 2021 U.S. Open champion has been in top form this week, dropping one set total while dominating with his blistering groundstrokes and heavy serve.
Just like Medvedev, Holger Rune enters in impeccable form after earning a number of impressive wins, including his most recent against Tallon Griekspoor.
Griekspoor had entered their quarterfinal match in arguably the most impressive form after stunning Alexander Zverev in the second round and then taking out big-serving Giovanni Mptetshi Perricard in the ensuing round.
However, Rune was able to neutralize Griekspoor with his consistency and dominance on first serve.
Although both players are equally capable of advancing, Medvedev's current form gives him the upper hand in the pair's upcoming fourth head-to-head battle.
Carlos Alcaraz vs. Jack Draper

In search of his third straight BNP Paribas Open title, Carlos Alcaraz has been playing his best tennis all week.
The world No. 3 has yet to drop a set this week, which is quite impressive, given the gauntlet he's faced, including matches against Denis Shapovalov, Grigor Dimitrov, and Francisco Cerundolo.
As always, the Spaniard's fitness continues to stand out while his first serve continues to grow stronger and stronger.
As dominant as Alcaraz has been this week, Jack Draper too has shown no sign of slowing down.
The top Brit has earned back-to-back wins against proven big-serving, hard-court players in Ben Shelton and Taylor Fritz, eliminating both in straight sets.
Draper's serve will likely allow him to stay competitive in the match and perhaps even earn him a set.
However, in the end, Alcaraz should be able to advance to the finals here for the third consecutive year.
