AEW Collision Results: Winners, Live Grades, Reaction, Highlights From Feb. 3

Welcome to Bleacher Report's live coverage and recap of AEW Collision on February 3.
The crossover with CMLL continued this week when one of the visiting luchadors stepped into the ring with a member of the Blackpool Combat Club.
Here is a look at the card for Saturday's show:
- Bryan Danielson vs. Hechicero
- Christian Cage, Nicke Wayne and Killswitch vs. FTR and Daniel Garcia
- Serena Deeb vs. Queen Aminata
- Eddie Kingston vs. Bryan Keith
Let's take a look at everything that happened on this week's Collision.
Eddie Kingston vs. Bryan Keith

The Bounty Hunter was back in action on AEW television this week in a non-title match against the continental crown champion.
Keith wanted to show that he wasn't intimidated, so he backed Kingston to the ropes and hit a chop. He countered a spinning back fist but was unable to block The Mad King forever.
This match focused more on strikes than wrestling maneuvers, but they still included some suplexes and takedowns along the way.
Keith is great at looking like a valiant underdog who isn't afraid of anyone, which is a role Kingston has played many times. The champ switched gears to play the aggressor at times, but it never felt like either man had the upper hand for a significant amount of time.
They weren't as concerned with trying to pack as many exciting moves into this as telling a coherent story. This was a good performance from both men that left a lot of room to grow in future encounters.
They picked up the pace and The Bounty Hunter picked up a handful of close two-counts before Kingston finished him off for the pin. Tony Schiavone revealed Keith is officially All Elite after the match.
Result: Eddie Kingston defeated Bryan Keith
Grade: B+
Notable Moments and Observations
- Serena was in the intro for the show, which was not always the case.
- Kingston's double arm-capture suplex looked good.
- The hit Kingston took into the barricade looked painful.
- Keith's Michinoku driver was nice.
- Having Bryan Danielson come out to congratulate Keith and taunt Kingston at once was perfect.
Hechicero vs. Bryan Danielson

After appearing on Rampage, Hechicero was back in action against a member of te BCC, Danielson.
Hechicero calls himself The Alchemist and Danielson considers himself one of the best technicians in the world, so this bout provided some great technical exchanges.
Despite the outcome feeling obvious, this felt like a competitive fight between two men who have a lot more in common than may first appear. Danielson is excellent at making his opponents look good, but when he has an opponent this skilled, he can really let loose.
This is The American Dragon in his ideal environment and few do it better than him. He couldn't get the victory with a finisher, but he did manage to get the win with a pinning combination. Claudio Castagnoli made the save when Hechicero tried to attack after the match.
Result: Bryan Danielson defeated Hechicero
Grade: A-
Notable Moments and Observations
- The video of Moxley talking about CMLL was great.
- Danielson's surfboard submission is one of the best, but the reversal from Hechicero was even better.
- Hechicero is smooth. Some people just look like naturals in the ring, and he's one of them. There were too many good moments and moves to point them out. This is a match you just need to see for yourself.
Hook vs. Outrunners

Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum found themselves in a handicap match against Hook on Saturday's show. Predictably, this was a glorified squash designed to pad Hook's win-loss record.
Mark Briscoe came out to give an interview with Schiavone that was eventually interrupted by The House of Black.
Result: Hook defeated The Outrunners
Grade: Incomplete
Notable Moments and Observations
- Hook has gotten better at filling in the little moments between moves.
- Briscoe is so good at what he does. The crowd was hanging on every word.
Queen Aminata vs. Serena Deeb

Deeb made her long-awaited return to AEW on Saturday to face someone who has been in a lot of matches recently, Queen Aminata.
The Professor is widely considered one of the best technicians in the world, so even when Aminata had the upper hand, it never felt like Deeb was in danger.
This was a great return bout for Deeb because it was a good fight but still gave her a decisive submission win.
Result: Serena Deeb defeated Queen Aminata
Grade: B
Notable Moments and Observations
- Aminata has a great entrance. It was nice to see it shown on TV. Her gear is always on point, too.
- During the picture-in-picture part of the match, Aminata hit a nice snap suplex.
- Deeb avoided a running boot in the corner and Aminata took a hard fall, but she landed safely.
Red Velvet vs. Vertvixen, Patriarchy vs. FTGarcia

Red Velvet had a match against Vertvixen this week. Velvet made it clear on her way to the ring that winning gold is her biggest priority. This was a short bout, but having two women's matches on one show is a step in the right direction.
Result: Red Velvet defeated Vertvixen
Grade: C
The main event of this week's show saw Christian Cage, Killswitch and Nick Wayne take on Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler and Daniel Garcia.
They didn't start, but the match picked up a lot of steam as soon as Wayne and Garcia got into the ring together. The two youngest guys in the match looked like they had something to prove.
FTR's friendship with Adam Copeland is well documented, so it felt a bit more personal whenever Cage was in the ring with Wheeler or Harwood.
This was a typical AEW trios match, but that is not a bad thing. Both teams had plenty of chances to look good, but it felt like Wayne was the one who shined brightest due to spending so much time in the ring.
Garcia ended up getting the win for his team by pinning Wayne.
Result: FTR and Daniel Garcia defeated The Patriarchy
Grade: B
Notable Moments and Observations
- Daddy Magic being on commentary for all of Garcia's matches is a nice touch.
- Mrs. Wayne has gotten good at talking trash with the crowd.
- Nick stopping Garcia from dancing was a bigger heel move in the eyes of the crowd than turning on his own mom.
- Nick has continued to show improvements even in the short time since he joined AEW.
- Harwood's high-angle back superplex looked great.
