The action will resume next Sunday at the Würth 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth.

NASCAR Cup Series Goodyear 400

Denny Hamlin emerged victorious in the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway on Sunday.

Hamlin secured his latest win in overtime.

Ryan Blaney was leading with three laps to go before a spin by Kyle Larson off the front bumper of Bubba Wallace caused the caution flag to fly. Hamlin won the race off of pit road and eventually earned the win.

William Byron finished at No. 2 in Sunday's race, while Christopher Bell sat at No. 3. Tyler Reddick and Ryan Blaney rounded out the top five by finishing at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.

Blaney then surged ahead of Reddick before the final caution, which resulted in Hamlin's victory in his No. 11 Toyota.

"There's two people I really love right now: My pit crew and Kyle Larson," Hamlin said after the race. "Had a little assist there, so thank you. But the pit crew just did an amazing job. They won it last week, they won it this week, it's all about them."

With the win, Hamlin moved up to No. 2 in the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series standings. Christopher Bell also improved to No. 3, while Byron remained at No. 1 with 315 points.

The 30-year-old Bell is off to a red-hot start this season, as he won three consecutive Cup Series races at Atlanta, Circuit of the Americas and Phoenix.

His excellent form carried over to qualifying Saturday, as he laid down a blazing-fast lap that no other driver was able to match:

Ad Placeholder

Bell is the only driver with more than one win so far this season, and he is currently fifth in the point standings.

His 2025 form, coupled with the fact that he won a Cup Series race at Martinsville in 2022, arguably makes Bell the driver to beat in the Cook Out 400.

Chase Elliott is another past winner at Martinsville, having entered Victory Lane in 2020, and he will have a great chance to take the checkered flag again Sunday after qualifying second.

Elliott seemed happy with his qualifying effort overall, but suggested there is more left in the tank, which is a scary piece of information for the rest of the field:

Elliott's Hendrick Motorsports teammate, William Byron, won at Martinsville last year and in 2022. By virtue of qualifying 10th, he has to be considered a strong threat to win as well.

Ryan Blaney has won two of the past three Cup Series races at "The Paperclip," and he finished second in the points standings last season after winning the title in 2023.

All of that makes him a contender, although he has plenty of work to do after qualifying a disappointing 32nd.

The NASCAR Cup Series Cook Out 400 is scheduled to start Sunday at 3 p.m. ET, and it will air on FS1.

NASCAR Cup Series Straight Talk Wireless 400

Kyle Larson emerged victorious in the Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday.

Driving the No. 5 Chevrolet, Larson secured his 30th overall NASCAR Cup Series win and first of 2025.

Sunday's result also represented the 32-year-old's second NACAR Cup Series victory at Homestead-Miami Speedway in his career.

Larson passed Hendrick Motorsports teammate Alex Bowman with roughly six laps remaining in Sunday's race, leading for 19 of the 267 total laps.

Bowman, who won pole position on Saturday, was battling with Bubba Wallace throughout the final few laps before both drivers fell behind Larson.

"One of the coolest wins of my cup career because of all the heartbreak here," Larson said after the win, via Brett Winningham of Speedway Digest.

He had a chance to sweep the weekend, but he fell just short in his Xfinity Series appearance after clinching a late win in the Truck Series on Friday.

Ryan Blaney, the runner-up in the past two Homestead races, was able to hold off Bowman for the Stage 1 win to secure 10 championship points and one playoff point.

Blaney led for a race-high 124 laps, but an engine failure put an end to his hopes of coming away with a win.

Denny Hamlin won Stage 2 on Sunday, narrowly edging out Larson. Bowman, Hamlin, Larson and Wallace were battling for the lead throughout the final stage before Bowman cleared Wallace for the No. 1 spot with 33 laps to go.

Tyler Reddick won the race in 2024 but couldn't achieve the feat for a second consecutive year, finishing eighth.

The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series will continue at Martinsville Speedway on March 30.
