Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell has added some new body art.
Inked Central revealed Dell's new leg sleeve tattoo on Instagram last month. The work features a depiction of Chucky, the antagonist of the "Child's Play" horror franchise.
Dell also added other references to horror movies, including a tribute to Michael Myers on the body art that portray his fondness for the genre.

Dell is currently recovering from a gruesome leg injury that he suffered during the 2024 NFL season. He tore three ligaments and suffered a dislocated kneecap during the Texans Dec. 21 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

This unfortunate end to his season came after he had recorded 667 yards and three touchdowns. He has suffered season-ending injuries in each of his two NFL seasons.
While it will be a long road back for Dell to make an impact on the field for the Texans, he will continue his rehab and enjoy expressing himself a bit more with this new tattoo.

Rodgers also met up with several of his former teammates, including Randall Cobb, Davante Adams, Jimmy Graham, AJ Hawk, Corey Linsley and David Bakhtiari at the Barnstable Brown Derby Eve Gala on Friday night (h/t USA Today'sRay Padilla).
The four-time MVP has discussed a potential contract to join the Pittsburgh Steelers, with head coach Mike Tomlin revealing that both sides had "really productive" negotiations on April 26.

His potential fit with the Steelers makes sense, as they're looking to clinch a third straight playoff berth in 2025. The only quarterbacks on their roster are backups Mason Rudolph and Skylar Thompson as well as 2025 sixth-round draft pick Will Howard, though.
Rodgers was released by the New York Jets at the end of the 2024 season, failing to exceed expectations during his brief tenure with the team.

He completed 63 percent of his throws for 3,897 yards and 28 touchdowns compared to 11 interceptions in 17 starts last year, but his 48.0 QBR ranked No. 25 among 32 qualified quarterbacks.
Panthers' Adam Thielen 'Definitely Winding Down,' 2025 'Could Be' Final NFL Season
Jack Murray
May 3, 2025
Adam Thielen sees the light at the end of the tunnel.
The Carolina Panthers wide receiver spoke about his NFL future on Friday and acknowledged that 2025 "could be" his final season.
"It could be, yeah," Thielen said Friday during a Panthers community event, per Joe Person of The Athletic. "I told you guys at the end of the season, like every year, you look back and you say, 'Hey, what left do I have to give to this game?' I talked to my family, and they wanted me to keep playing. So it'll be the same process."
The 34-year-old also said that he is not focused on his long-term future, and while his career is "definitely winding down," he will wait until after that season to evaluate things in full.

"Not gonna think about that right now. I'm gonna focus on being the best football player I can possibly be, and you have to have that mindset in this league," Thielen said, per Coral Smith of NFL.com. "And then once the season's over -- evaluate, see where we're at, see where the team's at, see where I'm at individually and as a family and figure it out. But definitely, definitely winding down my career. But excited about this year and what could happen."

Thielen is entering his 12th NFL season and third with the Panthers. He played in 10 games in 2024 and recorded 48 catches for 615 yards. He missed seven games in the middle of the season with a hamstring injury.
He is entering the final year of his contract with the Panthers and will have a cap hit of $10.1 million. Thielen will likely remain an impact receiver for third-year quarterback Bryce Young and will look to aid the development of second-year wide receiver Xavier Legette and rookie receiver Tetairoa McMillan.
Bills Share Photo of Construction Progress on New Stadium Ahead of 2026 Opening

The Buffalo Bills shared photos of the progress between April 2024 and April 2025 on New Highmark Stadium, which is scheduled to open in 2026.
The 62,000-seat stadium is currently being built across the street from the Bills' current home in Orchard Park, New York. Buffalo has played at its current field since 1973, when it was originally known as Rich Stadium.
Groundbreaking for the new stadium began in June 2023.
The latest cost estimate for this stadium is $2.1 billion, per John Wawrow of the Associated Press. Taxpayers are on the hook for $850 million.
The Bills have released multiple reports on the open-air stadium's amenities, with a few exampleshere.

In essence, the "guiding principles" for the fan experience are to bring fans closer to the action (the last row is 54 feet closer in the new stadium than the old one) and to "reduce the impact" of wind and weather (64 percent of the seats will be covered by a roof canopy).
For now, the Bills have one more season in the old stadium as reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen and crew look to win the franchise's first AFC title since 1993 and first Super Bowl in franchise history.
Jalen Milroe's Seahawks Rookie Minicamp Reps Highlighted in Video After 2025 NFL Draft
Adam Wells
May 3, 2025
One week after being selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2025 NFL draft, Jalen Milroe got to show off some of what he is capable of doing on the field.
In a short highlight video posted from rookie minicamp, Milroe is seen completing passes to some of his new teammates.
It's impossible to really glean anything significant from a 16-second clip, but the fact it's a package of Milroe throwing probably isn't an accident.
The question for Milroe coming into the NFL is how he would fare as a dropback passer. His speed as a runner, which he showed off during pre-draft workouts, could give him a very high floor.
Milroe's ceiling and ability to be a regular starter will be determined by his development throwing the ball.
B/R's Dame Parson did note Milroe showed "encouraging flashes of development as a pocket passer" during his final season at Alabama, but he has a tendency to bail out of clean pockets and doesn't often throw with anticipation.
The pro comparison for Milroe, according to Parson, is "shades of Jalen Hurts with a jet pack & stronger arm."
Considering Hurts went in the second round of the 2020 draft to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Seahawks being able to wait to get Milroe near the end of the third round with the No. 92 selection is a good piece of business.
Seattle is in a position to give Milroe time to work on his passing skills. Sam Darnold is locked in as the starter for this season, but the Seahawks could get out of his deal after one year with minimal financial impact if things don't go well.
There is a real possibility that Milroe could work his way into the starting job by 2026 if the coaching staff likes what he does behind the scenes this season.
Nick Emmanwori Says He'll Wear Russell Wilson's Former No. 3 Jersey with Seahawks
Adam Wells
May 3, 2025
While other rookies are being lightly scolded for trying to wear iconic numbers for their new franchise, Nick Emmanwori had no such issues getting Russell Wilson's No. 3 from the Seattle Seahawks.
Speaking to reporters from rookie minicamp, Emmanwori confirmed he has chosen to don the jersey number that Wilson wore for 10 seasons in Seattle:
"I kind of was looking for a single digit. Seven wasn't available, so I was looking at the next number that could mean something to me. Russell Wilson was one of my favorite quarterbacks growing up with that Legion of Boom defense, had an offense too, so respect to Russell. He did a lot for this organization, did everything he could, so I'm going to do what I can in this number and make it special on defense in my own way."
The Seahawks have given out No. 3 since Wilson was traded following the 2021 season. Artie Burns, who spent two years with the club from 2023 to 2024, used it at the start of his tenure in Seattle before switching to No. 23.
Emmanwori was taken with the 35th pick in the 2025 NFL draft. He is coming into the league after a successful three-year career at South Carolina, highlighted by being named to the All-American first team in his final season.
Last season saw Emmanwori wore No. 7 with the Gamecocks. Uchenna Nwosu, who had worn 10 for the past three seasons, took the number seven to accommodate Cooper Kupp.
Seahawks fans will be more than happy if Emmanwori comes anywhere close to making the same impact for the defense that Wilson did at quarterback wearing the No. 3.
It's a high standard to live up to, but Emmanwori certainly has the confidence to suggest he won't be overwhelmed by the situation.
Cowboys' Jerry Jones Reportedly Compared Ewers to Tom Brady Amid Arch Manning Hype
Mike Chiari
May 3, 2025
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones gave quarterback Quinn Ewers some motivation last month by comparing his situation to that of the legendary Tom Brady.
Speaking to ESPN's Todd Archer, Ewers divulged that during a meeting at the Cowboys' annual Dallas Day pre-draft event, Jones suggested that what Ewers went through at Texas was similar to what happened with Brady at Michigan.
Brady was the primary starter during his final two seasons at Michigan, but Drew Henson was lurking behind him and pushing for playing time, and there was plenty of support among fans for Henson to supplant him.
The Same was true for Ewers, who started for three seasons at Texas, going 27-9 and leading the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff twice.
SO NICE THEY HAD TO DO IT TWICE 🤘

Despite his success, there was constant pressure on Ewers the past two seasons due to the presence of Arch Manning, who was the No. 1 recruit in the nation when he arrived at Texas in 2023.
Brady's story is well documented, as the New England Patriots selected him 199th overall in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft, and he went on to become arguably the greatest player in NFL history with seven Super Bowl wins to his credit.

Last weekend, Ewers was the final quarterback selected in the 2025 NFL draft, going 231st overall in the seventh round to the Miami Dolphins.
Tua Tagovailoa is the Dolphins' unquestioned starting quarterback, just like Drew Bledsoe was for the Patriots when Brady was drafted. Still, there is a definite path available to Ewers to make Miami's roster.
Aside from Ewers and Tagovailoa, the only other quarterback on the Dolphins roster is Zach Wilson, who has thus far been a bust since the New York Jets took him second overall in the 2021 NFL draft.
Tagovailoa is an oft-injured player, having missed time in all but one of his five NFL seasons due to concussions and a host of other injuries.
Much like a Bledsoe injury opened the door for Brady, a Tua injury could perhaps do the same for Ewers at some point in the future.
It may be a stretch to suggest Ewers would be able to take advantage of the opportunity in the same way Brady did, but there is no doubt that Jones is right about there being several parallels between Ewers and Brady.
Quinn Ewers Says There's 'Motivation and Fuel' After Being NFL Draft's Last QB Picked
Adam Wells
May 3, 2025
It didn't generate nearly as much attention as Shedeur Sanders, but Quinn Ewers' experience in the 2025 NFL draft might didn't go the way he hoped after being the selected with the 231st overall pick in the seventh round by the Miami Dolphins.
Speaking to ESPN's Todd Archer about being the last quarterback taken, Ewers said he has a lot of "motivation and fuel" to prove everyone wrong.
"It's definitely a lot of motivation that comes with it, especially just being the last [quarterback] drafted," Ewers said. "I still have the high expectations for myself, but just from the outside looking in, this is the first time in my life to not have that much expectation. There's definitely motivation and fuel. A lot of it."

Going into last season season, there was some expectation that Ewers would be a top prospect in the 2025 draft.
In a very-early mock released in April 2024, ESPN's Field Yates projected Ewers to be selected No. 8 overall by the Las Vegas Raiders:
Ad Placeholder
"Ewers is a fun study with his smooth delivery and capacity to change arm angles to make creative throws. He has to be more consistent throwing downfield, but he can really carve up a defense with his intermediate accuracy. Ewers' functional mobility is also very good and allows him to work around the pocket effectively."
Last season at Texas wasn't as strong for Ewers as his 2023 was. He was good with 3,472 yards, 31 touchdowns and a 65.8 completion percentage in 14 games.
Ad Placeholder
Ewers did throw as many interceptions in 2024 as he did in the previous two seasons combined (12). His 2.7 percent interception rate was tied for 73rd in FBS, ironically in a group with Carson Beck.
Beck was another quarterback projected to be a high pick at this time last year, but a rough 2024 led to him returning to school. He actually transferred from Georgia to Miami on a reported $4 million NIL package.
By comparison, Ewers' rookie contract as the No. 231 overall pick will pay him a total of $4.3 million over the next four years.
Scouting reports for Ewers are higher on him than his draft position. B/R's Dame Parson had a third-round grade on the Texas alum, ranking him as the sixth-best quarterback in the class and comparing his skill set to Andy Dalton.
Ewers wound up being the 13th quarterback taken, coming off the board four picks after Indiana's Kurtis Rourke went to the San Francisco 49ers.
Considering all of the health issues that Tua Tagovailoa has had throughout his NFL career, the Dolphins targeting a quality backup in the draft is a good move for them. Ewers will be competing with Zach Wilson for the No. 2 quarterback job in training camp.
If Ewers were to get thrown into action because of an injury to Tagovailoa, he's got plenty of upside to keep Miami's offense running when he gets acclimated to playing against NFL defenses.
Phil Simms 'Outvoted By His Family' on Letting Abdul Carter Wear No. 11 Giants Jersey
Adam Wells
May 3, 2025
Lawrence Taylor might not be flexible when it comes to having his number back in circulation for the New York Giants, but Phil Simms was at least willing to let Abdul Carter wear No. 11 before his family stepped in.
Simms told NFL insider Gary Myers he would have been okay with bringing his number out of retirement for Carter, but he was "outvoted by his family."
Damn at this point imma be out there with just my last name on my jersey, no number😂😂😂 Jkjk, It’s all Love. Just wanna play Football!
The Giants legend previously appeared on FanDuel TV to say that he also would have been willing to give his No. 11 to Jaxson Dart if he had requested it before his agent stepped in.
Dart's number has not been confirmed, but he used No. 2 throughout his four-year college career between USC and Mississippi. That number was just taken by veteran cornerback Deonte Banks, who is switching from No. 3.
Even though it doesn't seem like No. 11 will be brought out of retirement, Simms' stance is at least more friendly to the Giants rookies than what Taylor said.
Taylor told ESPN's Jordan Raanan he denied Carter's request to use his No. 56 when the two spoke after the Giants selected the Penn State alum with the third pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

"He has to be the player that he is," Taylor said. "He can't be another Lawrence Taylor. Well, he may be better than a Lawrence Taylor, who knows. But he has to make his mark. It's up to him."
No Giants player has used No. 56 since Taylor retired from the NFL after the 1993 season. His number was officially retired by the franchise the following year.
Carter wore jersey No. 11 during his three seasons at Penn State. He became the highest-drafted defensive player by the Giants since Carl Banks in 1984 (third overall).
The Giants retired Simms' number in 1995. He spent his entire 14-year career with the organization, leading them to two Super Bowl titles in 1986 and 1990. His completion percentage of 88.0 (22-of-25) in Super Bowl XXI remains the highest single-game performance by any player in the history of the game.
Jim Harbaugh Says He Woke Up 1 Morning Determined to Get Justin Herbert to NFL HOF
Timothy Rapp
May 2, 2025
Los Angeles Rams head coach Jim Harbaugh revealed a lofty goal he has for Justin Herbert's career while speaking about the playmakers the team added on the offensive side of the ball during this year's NFL draft.
"[We drafted] guys for Justin to get the ball to. I just woke up the other day and said, 'I've got to get Justin Herbert to the Hall of Fame. Must get Justin Herbert to the Hall of Fame.' ... It was just one of those things where you wake up, 3:30, four in the morning, and sometimes that's when your best ideas come," Harbaugh said during an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show Friday. "You kinda process that, that would mean winning a couple Super Bowls, and a lot of people would benefit form that, so that's a worthy goal. And I think it's necessary that we get him surrounded with as many good football players, at his level, as possible."
The Chargers drafted running back Omarion Hampton, wideouts Tre Harris and KeAndre Lambert-Smith, tight end Oronde Gadsden II and offensive lineman Branson Taylor at the draft, continuing to rebuild the offense in the mold of Harbaugh's preferred ground-and-pound style.
With Ladd McConkey coming off a fantastic rookie season, Quentin Johnston finally showing some of the promise that made him a first-round pick in 2023 and Najee Harris signed in free agency, Herbert will have some improved weapons at his disposal. Consider it the next chapter in what Harbaugh is hoping will be a Hall of Fame career.
